The fruit tree pruners are distinguished by their outstanding modularity. The design can be quickly adapted for various stone and pome fruit varieties. The main frame is constructed to withstand very high forces. The cutting mechanism is designed to be very lightweight yet stable, thanks to a newly designed profile. The specially developed bearing system for the cutting tools allows for cutting branches of up to 14cm in thickness.

Fruit Tree Pruner Primus

The Fruit Tree Pruner Primus corresponds to the largest model. In its standard configuration, it is equipped with a medium cutting blade with 8 saw blades, as well as a head blade with 3 saw blades. This results in cutting lengths of 2.85m on the medium cutting blade and 1.1m on the head blade.

However, upon request, it can be supplied with up to 10 saw blades on the medium cutting blade (3.55m cutting length), up to 4 saw blades on the head blade (1.45m cutting length), and up to 3 saw blades (1.1m cutting length) on the undercut blade.

The lateral displacement is 1m, and the lift is 1m. The cutting angle of the head blade can be hydraulically adjusted, while the undercut blade (optional) can be adjusted manually or hydraulically. Additionally, the head blade can be manually adjusted in height.

Furthermore, the head blade can be hydraulically swung backwards for transport. Optional equipment includes a hydraulically adjustable window cutting blade and an automatic release device for hail nets.

A hydraulic unit with a 60-liter pump is also available if needed.

General Equipment of Fruit Tree Pruners / Hedge Trimmers

All devices are intended for front attachment. The hedge trimmers and fruit tree pruners feature hydraulic width adjustment, as well as tilt adjustment with a locking block. The fruit tree pruners also have hydraulic lifting capability. All devices come with a suitable parking stand. Carbide-tipped saw blades are used for the devices.
