Employing linear displacement
New with the freilauber Überzeilensprayer are the cross-flow fans in modular design for even more power and durability. The fans always spray outward, only in the border row does the fan spray inward. In combination with Lechler nozzles ID 90-015, around 90% drift reduction is achieved.
Installation takes place at the three-point hitch of the tractor and is firmly clamped using a hydrospanner. There is no impairment of the towing characteristics of the trailing unit. Improved traction and smoother ride are achieved by additional loading of the tractor's rear axle.
The sprayer has support feet with rollers for hanging, while the trailing unit remains attached to the sprayer.

- Joystick control for individual, joint, or parallel adjustment of the fans with lifting cylinders, as well as sectional width and pressure adjustment of the trailing unit.
- Joystick control for hydraulic and plant protection valve, including trailing unit/sprayer.
- Only one control unit required.
- Parallel adjustment of the fans to the uphill side when turning on the slope.
- Collision safeguards on the fan frames.
- Frame hot-dip galvanized.
- Support feet with castors.
- Two integrated oil coolers in the fans.
- Optionally, electrically rotatable fans are available for even less drift.
- Also available in hood version.
